The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.
The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.
In general, the amount shall be refunded with the same amount buyer paid upon payment depend on the nature of the return.
The return cost and/or indemnity may be charge to buyer after item returned. The refund may not be accepted in the following conditions: 1. The item has been damaged by customer's fault (except only opened packaging). 2. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer's usage/consumption. 3. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive sale. 4. The item has been customized for specific buyer.
5. The item is of a nature relating to personal health or hygiene.
6. The item is under the category of Adult Toys and Health.

Delivery / Order Not Delivered All orders will be provided a tracking number from Pos Laju. Please note that someone will have to acknowledge the parcel at the given address or collect at the assigned branch.
Japan Premium will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Returned Parcel Due To Non Acknowledgement
If the parcel was returned due to non-collection at the branch (usually within 7 working days), the parcel will be returned. We charge a restocking fee of RM20 or 10% of the total amount (whichever is higher) plus the postage fee for re-shipping or cancellation of order.
